Our goal is to make planning your family photo session easy and stress-free!
1. Book Your Date
Contact Us: Reach out via call, text (443-857-3776), or email (hello@tracydietrich.com) to start planning. We'll connect within 24 hours to confirm your date, discuss your family's vision, and answer any questions.
Style and Location: We'll send you a short questionnaire to learn about your family's unique style. Do you want a cozy home session, an adventurous outdoor vibe, or something unique?
Secure Your Session: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your session.
Pro Tip: Start a Pinterest board for outfit ideas and share it with us! We can help with color coordination and styling tips for the whole family.
2. Shoot Day
This is your time to relax and make memories! Here’s what to expect:
Arrive Ready: Please arrive on time with everyone dressed and ready to go. We'll have everything planned in advance so you can enjoy the moment.
Relax and Have Fun: No need to worry about perfect poses! We specialize in creating a relaxed, playful atmosphere that brings out genuine smiles and authentic family connections. We'll guide you every step of the way.
Bring Snacks and Toys: A few non-messy snacks and a favorite toy can be a lifesaver for keeping little ones happy and engaged throughout the session.
Pro Tip: Plan a fun family activity for after the photos, like getting ice cream or pizza. It can help build excitement and make the day feel like a special treat!
3. Sneak Peek
Enjoy a couple of sneak peeks of your family the same day!
Pro Tip: Let us know your favorites! This helps us focus on the images and moments that speak most to you and your family.
4. Gallery Delivery
Your final, beautiful photos are on their way!
Timeline: Your full gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution photos will be delivered via a secure online gallery in 2–3 weeks.
What You Get: Download and share your final images. You'll also have the option to purchase high-quality prints, canvases, or albums directly through our platform, or print them on your own.
Pro Tip: Share your gallery link with family members so they can enjoy and order their own prints.
